Free express shipping for order over $50 USD is only for some countries.
Kiligspace fail the regular shipping to your country and only can ship by express company, so there is an extra shipping cost for remote/faraway countries.
That means your package has left China and is in transit to United States. Here is how the shipping works. Kiligspace carrier ship the package and send information to USPS for US domestic shipping.
USPS wait for the package to arrive US and then take over. After that, USPS will update US domestic shipping progress on their website. In your case, the package has left China and is in transition to US.
That’s why USPS awaiting item. Updates shall come in a couple days.
Order “completed” means Kiligspace received your order and your order are ready to be shipped.
